Pastor Nicholas Wilson
Lead Pastor
Pastor Nick joined the staff at North Catawba in October 2013. He served previously at Penelope Baptist Church in Hickory, NC as the Associate Pastor for nearly 8 years. Nicholas and his wife, Misty, have been married since 2002 and have two sons Andru and Cooper. Nicholas spends his down time with his family, including farming, hiking, and fishing with his sons. Nicholas is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Emily Potter
Director of Music Ministries
Emily joined the staff at North Catawba in January 2016. Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Music in May 2015, and received a Master of Arts in Teaching in May 2016, both degrees from Lenoir-Rhyne University. At Lenoir-Rhyne, she was active through the A Cappella Choir, NC Teaching Fellows, her sorority, and performing through the fine arts programs. Emily also teaches K-5 Music at Baton Elementary School. She loves to travel, musical theatre, and Disney World. Emily feels very excited and blessed to be at North Catawba!

Ingrid Townsend
Church Secretary
Ingrid joined the staff at North Catawba in April 2011. Ingrid and her huband Steve have been married since 1983 and have three children, Steve Hildebran, Scottie Mayfield, and Nichole Turner, as well as nine grandchildren, Cameron, Katelyn, Jessica, Ashley, Jordon, Katie, Becca, Pamela, and Cody. She attends Longview Church of God. Ingrid has an Associates Degree in Information Systems Technology. She enjoys creative writing and teaching.
